I've never been a festival/carnival/fair kind of person. When I picture these kinds of things, I think of lots of gross people, probably with their babies (because of course thats what you do, bring your baby to the fair at 9 pm), and probably people who shouldn't be drinking. I pray that I'm wrong, I really hate those kinds of things.

So tonight, I'll be venturing to the local Oktoberfest. I hope Leigh (aka Birthday Girl) has the best birthday ever, because I would definitely elbow my way to a table for this chick.

I associate fair with good food... hopefully there will be plenty of that to keep you occupied!
Best of luck with the crowds! They are not my favorite either. But at least it won't be hot and sweaty. Hot and sweaty crowds are the WORST!
